Our senior class of 2024 is scheduled to travel to Washington DC March 2-8, 2024.
If the senior trip is canceled for any reason, we will refund all participants' payments as far as we are able to recover our payments we have made toward flights, hotel, and tours. We make deposits on flights, hotel and tours in August and September, and we make our final payments in November and December. There are no refunds after September 1st if a participant decides to cancel their participation in the trip or if they are disqualified from participation due to behavior or academic reasons.*

We will check with you in February 2024 to make sure all the information entered on these forms is correct and up-to-date.
When you order "Senior Trip, Class of 2024" you will have the option to either pay in full or set up payments. If you make a payment of $184, you are authorizing Trivium Prep Academy to charge your credit card on file an initial payment of $184 and recurring monthly payments in the amount of $184 until the total balance of $2024 is paid in full, or until you cancel your purchase by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. You have the option to cancel your purchase before September 1, 2023. If you cancel your purchase before September 1, you will be refunded your previous payments, minus a $50 non-refundable deposit. After September 1, all payments are non-refundable. If you have any balance remaining as of December 1, 2023, the total remaining balance will be charged to your credit card in order to pay your balance in full.
FINAL PAYMENT: If you begin making payments in February, you will have 11 payments of $184. If you begin making payments later, your monthly payments will remain the same but your final payment on December 1st will be larger than $184. The amount of the final payment will depend on when you started payments.
Payments will charge automatically to your card on file on the first day of each month, no matter what day of the month you make your first payment (if you first purchase the senior trip on the last day of the month, it will charge your next monthly payment on the next day, as that is the first of the month). There is no need to manually make a payment each month after you make your first payment. If you DO make a manual payment, it will count as an EXTRA payment and your monthly payment will still process automatically on the 1st of the month. If you want to make an extra payment at any point, you can do so by logging in to triviumprep.configio.com and going to your account. Click on payments > make a payment from the account drop down. Type in the amount you want to pay, click on “add payment” and then “checkout.”
Deadline to purchase: August 1, 2023. We will be making our trip reservations in August and must have firm numbers for our group at that point. If you have not purchased and set up your payments by August 1st, you will NOT be included in our trip reservations. Please note, if you choose to wait until August to start making payments, your final December 1st payment will be $1104. There are NO EXTENSIONS on the final payment.
NOTE: Any special travel accomodations (FFA, Mock Trial, or any other groups) will incur extra charges which must be paid before travel arrangements are made. It is the student's responsibility to email email@example.com to inform the school of any special needs BEFORE August 1, 2023.
Senior Trip Fundraising: Fundraising is optional. In order to participate, you MUST submit this form here by March 1, 2023. Only those who submit this form will receive further emails, signups and opportunities to participate in fundraising.
If students feel they need more financial help than what the fundraisers will provide them, they are always welcome to raise money on their own, outside of school. While we always hope to reduce our seniors’ financial burden, we cannot guarantee any amount of fundraising money and for that reason everyone who commits to attending the trip must be willing and prepared to pay the full amount. Any money raised from senior trip fundraisers can only be applied towards the senior trip.
