Academia Studio provides scholars with a safe and structured environment after school to continue their studies, get a headstart on homework, *attend tutoring, and foster positive relationships in a supportive environment. Academia Studio runs every school day, except half days, after school until 5pm. Academia Studio will be open 10 minutes after dismissal time. Parents may pick up scholars by texting the Academia Studio phone number 623-738-5041 stating the student’s full name, at which time the scholar will be dismissed to the Prep pick-up zone on the south side of campus by the MPR entrance. 

*Tutoring schedules are established by individual teachers and will take place in teachers' classrooms; you can email each teacher for his/her specific tutoring schedule and arrange which days/times your scholar will attend tutoring. Academia Studio allows for a place to wait for parent pickup AFTER tutoring, should you need it. Once a scholar checks into Academia Studio, they will remain there until picked up by a parent. Until the scholar checks in with A.S., the A.S. instructor does NOT track on each scholar's activities or location on campus. 

Here are important details about Academia Studio:

• Fees: $200 per month; families with more than one Prep scholar will pay a $300 per month fee. A scholar is enrolled and may attend once payment is completed and registration forms are filled out at checkout. 
• Supervision: One staff member per 30 scholars. 
• Hours (High School): 2:50-5:00 pm (1:50 – 5:00 pm on Wednesdays) excluding half-days and holidays when school is not in session.
• Hours (Middle School): 3:10-5:00 pm (1:40 – 5:00 pm on Wednesdays) excluding half-days and holidays when school is not in session.
• Grades: Available to grades 6-12 (MS and HS will be separate). Archway scholars may attend Athenaeum. 
• Rules: All school rules still apply while attending Academia Studio (uniform policy, cell phone policy, etc.) and scholars may receive disciplinary action for infractions. See Family Handbook if you have any questions about rules. 

When picking up your Prep scholar, please text 623-738-5041 stating the student’s full name and they will be sent to the Prep pick-up zone on the south side of campus. 

Space is limited and enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

PAYMENTS: When you make your first payment, you are paying for the first month. Each subsequent month’s payment will charge automatically to your card on file on the first day of the month. You may withdraw from Academia Studio and cancel automatic payments by emailing Jodi Bradshaw at [email protected] by the 25th of the month (recurring charges will cancel for the following month). 

• Your first payment will be for a full month’s cost, regardless of when you join, and will not be prorated.
• Fee is on a monthly basis through a recurring, automatic charge on the 1st of each month to your credit card.
• You may withdraw from the program by notifying [email protected] via email by the 25th of the month prior to the month you desire to withdraw. Non-attendance is NOT a form of withdrawal.
• Please note that no refunds will be granted for withdrawals requested after the 25th of any month for the following month.
• Partially-used months will not be prorated
